Your video's price depends on three key factors:

  • People: How many experts (videographers, editors, producers) will be needed.
  • Time: Duration of pre-production, filming, editing, and revisions.
  • Equipment: Type of cameras, lighting setups, sound gear, and editing software required.

Pre-Production

R2000 per day

Includes meetings, phone calls, emails, brainstorming, scripting, storyboarding, crew & cast hiring, footage collection, and wardrobe purchasing.

Filming

R6500/day

Includes a professional videographer, Panasonic GH6 (4K) camera, tripod, and audio equipment suitable for one-on-one interviews.

Post-production

R3000/day
Includes editing with Final Cut Pro X, colour grading with DaVinci Resolve, music selection, video exports, conversions, and uploads. Please note that one filming day may require multiple days in editing.
